Competition Terms and Conditions – Father’s Day Giveaway

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is High Street Armadale Business Association (ABN 66 131 829 397)
  2. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees, Association Committee members  and immediate family members of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
  • The competition is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and regulations.
  1. Promotional Period
    The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 4 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  2. How to Enter
    To enter, complete the official entry form available at https://highstreetarmadale.com.au/fathers-day-giveaway during the Promotional Period, selecting the prize(s) you wish to enter for.
    Only one entry per person per prize category is permitted.
  3. Prize Details
  • Giorgios – 1 x $500 Gift Card
  • Wanderluxe – 1 x $500 Gift Card
  • Christofle  – 1 x $500 Gift Card
  • LSKD – 1 x $500 Gift Card

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner Selection
    Winners will be drawn at random on Sunday 4 September 2026 using a random selection method.
  2. Winner Notification & Publication
    Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. Winner names will not be published owing to privacy.
  3. Prize Conditions
  • The promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners.
  • If a prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
  • Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next eligible entrant(s).
