Competition Terms and Conditions – SPRING ON HIGH – SHOPPING WITH SALLY

1. Promoter
   The promoter is High Street Armadale Business Association (ABN 66 131 829 397)
2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, Association Committee members and immediate family members of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
• The competition is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and regulations.

3. Promotional Period
   The competition commences at 10am Tuesday 6 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 23 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, complete the official entry form available at https://ww.highstreetarmadale.com/whats-on/springonhigh during the Promotional Period, selecting the prize(s) you wish to enter for.
   Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize Details

• 2 x $5000 Shopping Sprees on High Street Armadale with Sally Mackinnon of Styled by Sally.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  Shopping dates must be booked with Sally no later than 31 December 2026 (shopping could take place in 2027 but MUST be booked by 31 December 2026).

6. Winner Selection
   Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 26 October 2026 using a random selection method.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
   Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. Winner’s names will not be published owing to privacy considerations.
8. Prize Conditions

• The promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners.
• If a prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
• Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next eligible entrant(s).

9. Privacy
   The promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoter’s privacy policy is available https://highstreetarmadale.com.au/privacy-policy.
10. Liability
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for:

• any loss or damage suffered by the entrant; or
• any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any prize.

11. By Entering
    By entering this competition, entrants:

• agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate;
• acknowledge that the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
