Competition Terms and Conditions – Father’s Day Giveaway

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is High Street Armadale Business Association (ABN 66 131 829 397)
  2. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees, Association Committee members  and immediate family members of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
  • The competition is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and regulations.
  1. Promotional Period
    The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 27 August 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 7 September 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  2. How to Enter
    To enter, complete the official entry form available at https://highstreetarmadale.com.au/fathers-day-giveaway during the Promotional Period, selecting the prize(s) you wish to enter for.
    Only one entry per person per prize category is permitted.
  3. Prize Details
  • Institchu – 1 x $500 Gift Card
  • Alberts Wine Bar  – 2 x $200 Gift Card
  • Otter’s Promise  – 2 x $200 Gift Card
  • Wanderluxe – 2 x $200 Gift Card
  • Armadale Angling – 2 x $200 Gift Card
  • Vintage Posters – 2 x $500 Gift Card
  • Bouzy – 2 x $250 Gift Card

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner Selection
    Winners will be drawn at random on Sunday 7 September 2025 using a random selection method.
  2. Winner Notification & Publication
    Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. Winner names will not be published owing to privacy.
  3. Prize Conditions
  • The promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners.
  • If a prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
  • Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next eligible entrant(s).

    The promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoter’s privacy policy is available HERE.
