Competition Terms and Conditions – Wellness Wander Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter is High Street Armadale Business Association (ABN 66 131 829 397)
2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, Association Committee members  and immediate family members of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
• The competition is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and regulations.

3. Promotional Period
   The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 11 August 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 25 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, complete the official entry form available at https://highstreetarmadale.com.au/wellness-wander during the Promotional Period, selecting the prize(s) you wish to enter for.
   Only one entry per person per prize category is permitted.
5. Prize Details

• 3 × Absolute Performance 6-Week Kickstarter packages (3 prizes in total).
• 2 × Bared Footwear gift vouchers (2 prizes in total).
• 1 x Calma Spa voucher
• 2 × Endota Spa vouchers (2 prizes in total)
• 1 x Studio Pilates voucher 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
   Winners will be drawn at random  on Tuesday 26 August 2025 using a random selection method.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
   Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. Winner names will not be published owing to privacy.
8. Prize Conditions

• The promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners.
• If a prize remains unclaimed for 1 month after the draw, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
• Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next eligible entrant(s).

9. Privacy
   The promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoter’s privacy policy is available HERE.
10. Liability
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for:

• any loss or damage suffered by the entrant; or
• any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any prize.

11. By Entering
    By entering this competition, entrants:

• agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate;
• acknowledge that the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
